People do not realize the true impact. Even wearing a CGM all the time, it is easy to get wrapped up in what you are doing and ignore the signs. Your body gives them to you; you have to be present enough to notice.

Absolutely. That's an important topic!

The brain needs glucose's energy to function but it can't produce it, so it depends on blood sugar to get it. To know the signs of hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) described in your text, one can correct it by eating, before they faint. And that's why a restrictive ketogenic diet with only protein and no carbohydrates isn't a good idea. Thanks. 🙏🤍
